The Gimli International Film Festival takes place in Manitoba, Treaty 1 territory and the traditional lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and the homeland of the Métis Nation.

The Gimli International Film Festival RETURNS JULY 26-30, 2023

Film submissions are now open! So take some time over the holidays to submit your film and you could save some money with our early bird pricing!

As always, Manitoba film submissions are free, and this year, we have also extended free submission to all Ukrainian films as well.
